General Terms and Conditions
Every participant is responsible for their own safety while using the racetrack. No person shall use the racetrack under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs. The rules and regulations and the instructions of the racetrack supervisor must always be kept.
The participants are liable for any damage at the racetrack and in the pit box caused by them or by their vehicle.
ALL MOTORCYCE RIDERS MUST USE A SAFETY HELMET AND A PROTECTIVE MOTORCYCLE SUIT WHEN USING THE RACE TRACK. USING THE KART CIRCUIT REQUIRES A MINIMUM HEIGHT OF 120 CM.
You may only use the racetrack with a vehicle that is in a perfect technical condition.
A vehicle’s perfect technical condition means that:
- the breaking system is working,
- the tires are intact,
- the exhaust system complies with the racetrack’s current noise and volume regulations,
- the general technical condition of the vehicle must be operational and failsafe. Getting out of the go-karts is only allowed after every other vehicle has stopped. In case of a malfunction, the racetrack supervisor must be notified by raising your hand. The racetrack management reserves the right to exclude any vehicles in an questionable technical condition from using the track.
The participants declare that they know and acknowledge the valid (FIM and FIA) flag signals and the appropriate rules they indicate.
Ignoring flag signals or the instructions of the Ringrace Bt. personnel or any other inappropriate behaviour, deliberate collision or vandalism will immediately lead to exclusion or compensation claims.
Waiver form:
The participants are obliged to waive all claims for compensation in relation to the usage of the racetrack and any damage and/or accident occurring as a result of track usage. The participants may only use the racetrack at their own responsibility.
The participants declare that they have a valid driving licence that has no limitations. The participants are obliged to operate or drive only such vehicles that comply with the legal requirements.
At the Euro-Ring Racetrack photographs, video and audio recordings may be made on which you may appear. However, you have no right to make any claims against the organizers, the person who created the recording or the rightful owner of the footage.
Attention! Booking a date for the services entails an obligation to pay! Cancellation of an appointment, only 12 hours before the start of the booked time, will be accepted electronically to the email address office@euroring.hu.
